How do I receive my digital products after purchase?
Immediately after your payment is processed, you will receive an email with a unique download link and license key. You can also access your purchases at any time via your customer account dashboard.
Are your plugins compatible with my DAW?
Our software is designed to work with all major Digital Audio Workstations, including Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Cubase, and Studio One. We support VST3, AU, and AAX formats for both Windows and macOS.
Can I use my license on more than one computer?
Yes, each Bogren Digital license allows for up to three simultaneous activations, so you can use our tools on your studio desktop, your touring laptop, and a backup machine.
What is your refund policy for software?
Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded or activated. We strongly recommend trying our free 14-day trials to ensure compatibility before purchasing.
Do I need a physical iLok dongle to use your products?
No physical dongle is required. Our products use a flexible machine-based activation system, though we also offer iLok cloud and dongle support for those who prefer it.
Do you offer educational discounts for students?
Yes, we support the next generation of producers. Students and educators are eligible for a 40% discount on most of our products. Please contact our support team with proof of enrollment to receive your code.
